Application Analysis

We analyze the application.  From the material being drawn… to lubricant used… to your finish size requirements.  We analyze every aspect of the drawing application to design the die. We ask questions critical to meeting your production requirements and application.

Computer Design

To design your draw dies, we use our custom Computer Profile Design program. We calculate all the I.D. profile dimensions for your application to determine where the starting material size contacts the approach angle where a wear ring will form during use. Adjusting the location of the wear ring enables your raw material to flow through the draw die with maximum efficiency.
